Cervia and Cesenatico, holiday havens located on the Adriatic coast, offer a coastline rich in exceptionally fine sands and shoals which make bathing a delightful experience.
At the same time, the thick pine forest will give you a chance to take a healthy stroll or practice
your
favourite sport. |

The two towns are still deeply bound to fishing activities and seafaring traditions; on one hand Cervia, with its well-known salt-works, and on the other Cesenatico, with its harbour, designed by Leonardo da Vinci.
A nighttime stroll along its banks is a must.
"A play of colours, a rivalry of lights, a far-reaching gust of poetry: while the boats seem to cradle in a well-deserved rest in the dim light, after a long day of hard work."
(from “Cesenatico” by L. Maltoni) |

Beaches are awarded a Blue Flag sign depending on: quality of their waters, of the coast and facilities, but also on safety measures and environmental education. The flag is an important acknowledgment of the high standards of the tourist services and facilities in this area.
Cesenatico was awarded the prestigious Blue Flag sign in 2004. |
